AFAA CPT-GFI, TRX, DVNS, Pilates, Yoga, etc.

I am a certified fitness professional with over a decade of 12,000 + hours working, coaching, and instructing. I've spent over 9 years helping equestrians with their riding fitness challenges in areas related to stability, suppleness, strength, and stamina.

Some clients have prior injuries, such as neck, shoulder, back, hip, and knee issues from imbalances, overuse, and falling off without proper recovery. These issues continue to affect their riding and competitive confidence.

While training these riders I developed a systemized approach to their fitness training that allowed them to make the most progress. This program strengthens rider weaknesses for more impactful riding, while enhancing the overall technique for an enjoyable, effective and efficient riding experience.

My signature "3 Jump System" addresses 4 Core Pillars, teaching you how to overcome your fitness hurdles in as little as 12 weeks.

The Loughborough University study in the U.K agreed that 98.3% of those surveyed agreed that rider fitness has an impact on performance.

Horse riding has a positive impact on individual mental health.

Body weight training can improve coordination, speed, power, etc.

A study proved that riding alone is not enough to improve your cardiovascular fitness.
