With over 8 years as an equestrian performance coach, I've guided riders through various fitness challenges towards their riding goals.

Through my experience and expertise I have developed a systemized process to training equestrian riders. I transform their performance by addressing their weaknesses and targeting what's necessary to become a better rider.

Why should I join the Equestrian Fitness Academy Programs?

The first step to understanding value in something is to prioritize it. That’s why people pay ~$2,300 for similar results to work with me, because it's not about cost. EFA is the ultimate investment in yourself. It's time to prioritize your fitness, not just your horses.

How does the price of EFA compare with 1-1 Personal Training?

This price is a lot more affordable than personal training based on where you live in the world. If you were to hire a personal trainer, health/life coach, and or nutritionist to personally consult you for 4-6 weeks, it would cost you roughly about $1,200-$3,000 based on location. Based on the internet and the ability to receive online education, you learn personal accountability, and are provided with the right tools and resources needed to make a great deal of progress. You pay a fraction of the cost for 3 months of programming and exclusive information with personal coaching and support.

Are all future courses included in the price?

Future courses are not included with the Equestrian Fitness Academy price. I continually strive to improve the course(s) based on research, feedback, and industry experience.

What equipment do I need to purchase for this program, gym membership required?

  1. These programs and exercises typically require little to no equipment. The programs and  workouts dictate which tools you’ll use, rest assured all fitness equipment recommended and needed are provided with the Rider Fit "Tack Trunk'!

  2. A gym membership is NOT required with the EFA program. ALL workouts are set to be completed outside the gym, and can be completed at home, the barn, outdoors (or at the gym, if you prefer).

How do I know the EFA program is right for me?

EFA is the BEST choice IF you(are):

  1. Excited and willing to invest in yourself to communicate better with your horse and create more partnership

  2. Looking to strengthen the foundation of movement to improve the effectiveness of your aids, build a stable seat, and have more stamina to allow our horse to more freely under you

  3. EXCITED that the course is always improving, and becoming better based on members’ feedback in order to bring you the best information, service, workouts, and coaching on the market.

EFA is NOT the right fit IF you(are):

  1. Not ready to improve and be a better equestrian athlete

  2. Horse’s health is a higher physical and financial priority than yours

  3. Looking for more randomized workouts

  4. In need of 1-1 Personal Training (Service Provided Separately)

How much time will this require daily?

I know exactly how challenging it can be to find time to exercise with very limited time due to life and horses! 20-30 minutes per day is all you’ll need to make considerable improvements in your body and riding during your time in EFA. Start with the foundation of 20 minutes, and if you feel you can handle more, I also have you covered! There’s daily information, learning, and workouts. I take the thinking and guesswork out of the equation helping you reap the biggest results. Have more time to do more on certain days? Workouts can be adjusted based on what your schedule permits.

Do you offer payment plans?

YES absolutely, I truly believe “if there's a will there’s a way”. However, the 3 Pay option is my way of helping you make the investment more comfortable and affordable for you.

I'm new to fitness, I’m an avid exerciser, will I be successful with the workouts?

The rider specific workouts and your program will be tailored to your fitness levels based on your initial Equestrian Fitness Assessment. Plus, I’ll guide you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and explanations. This means you'll be able to perform the exercises effectively, accurately, and safely regardless of your current fitness levels.
